General terms of delivery

ICPDAS-EUROPE delivers to any country within the EU, Switzerland and Norway.

Purchased items are shipped ex works from Reutlingen, Germany (Incoterms 2010).

Packages are usually dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of order (or payment for prepayment customers). Our carrier is DPD International, who then collaborates with several local carriers. DPD International offers online shipment tracking and drop-off with signature. For large quantities, your order may be shipped by pallet in which case, we may collaborate with a different carrier.

Should you require an express delivery, please inform us thusly when placing the order. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a copy of the invoice per email and a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and number of boxes. The exact transportation fees will be indicated on our offer, or the order confirmation.

We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will have to be applied to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are spaciously sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery time

On your order confirmation, the expected date of delivery is indicated. Below, you will find a few indications to estimate the delivery time to each country in the EU + Switzerland and Norway:

Usual delivery time for parts on stock: 2-5 days.

Usual delivery time for parts not on stock: 2 to 3 weeks.
