The economic consequences of the Corona pandemic have now become visible to us all. Whether it is a shortage of materials or a lack of logistics capacity coupled with strong backlog effects - the issues that present us with major challenges on a daily basis are complex. For us, the particularly increased demand for electrotechnical products means that extended delivery times and adverse price developments along the entire supply chain are unfortunately unavoidable. We are currently receiving daily information from our long-standing partners that delivery times are increasing, in some cases significantly, or that further short-term and dynamic cost changes are to be expected.

Therefore, we have already started in 2020 to increase our storage capacities for particularly demanded products in our central warehouse in Europe. So far, ICPDAS EUROPE has mastered the Corona crisis very well and successfully. We were able to enable customers all over Europe to complete their projects on time with a very high delivery reliability.

We work daily to optimize the availability of our products. The stock levels on our website are updated several times a day to keep you informed 24/7. The usual delivery time for in-stock products: 2-5 days (depending on the destination country) can usually be met here.

Products that are not in stock can usually be procured in about 2-3 weeks - On the order confirmation you will find the expected delivery date. There you will also find general information about the estimation of the delivery time to countries of the EU, Switzerland and Norway.

To be on the safe side, we ask you to contact us in advance regarding details for time-critical projects or larger quantities. You can do this comfortably directly here via our chat or also via mail or phone.

Purchased goods are shipped ex works Reutlingen (Germany) (Incoterms 2010).

Shipments are usually ready for dispatch within 24h after receipt of order (or after payment in advance). Our parcel service provider is DPD International, which cooperates with various local service providers. DPD International provides online parcel tracking and delivery service with confirmation of receipt. For large orders, delivery is made on pallets. In this case we cooperate with other service providers.

Please inform us when placing your order if you would like express delivery. Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed a copy of the invoice and a package tracking link.

Shipping charges include costs for handling and packaging as well as postal charges. Handling charges are fixed, whereas transportation charges may vary depending on the weight and number of packages. Exact shipping charges are shown on your quote or order confirmation.

We recommend that you place all items in one order. Unfortunately, we cannot combine 2 different orders together and shipping fees will then apply per shipment. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but fragile items will be handled with extra care. The package size is sufficient and the goods will be well protected.
